**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize data entry skills to key in orders, invoice and follow through on shipments.
- Document management
- Collaborate with team members to deal with spill over from their extra work.
- Assist customer service manager when required

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English & French is required; both spoken and written.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service in the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (mostly Excel/Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is an advantage.

We are a small business in the food industry with many years of experience. We are expanding our reach and looking for someone to join our customer service team. You will report directly to the customer service manager. This position is anything but an ordinary day. Always new challenges to overcome and possibility to grow.
