**Job summary**:
While immersed in learning our business and culture, you will assume responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and learn the best practices for growing commercial sales, prospecting businesses and understanding our diverse marketplace.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Learn and understanding our diverse marketplace, product availability, use and benefits;
- Grow commercial sales and prospect businesses;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines;
- Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customer to close sales;
- Receive and process customer orders and respond to order inquiries;
- Provide pricing, product availability and schedule information;
- Suggest alternate products to meet customer needs;
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment;
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strong rapport with customers;
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals;
- Attend trade and distributor shows as required.

**Job requirements**:

- Strong experience in selling products to large retailers or in B2B mode;
- Knowledge of the pool and spa industry (strong asset);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines;
- Bilingualism mandatory (English-French);
- Ability to travel across Canada and the U.S. to meet and support retailers and develop new business opportunities.
