As an Administrative Assistant you will work closely with the Owner & Manager to handle a variety of responsibilities to help keep things running smoothly and keep the team organized.
**Responsibilities**:
- Over the phone customer sales and service
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Take order ove the phone
- Book consultations and schedule meetings
- Order supplies
- Rental inventory and control
- Data entry and file maintenance
- E-commerce support
- Provide additional support for the design team as requested
- Special projects as assigned
- Accounting an assit
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar
- Strong customer service, sales & communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer knowledge
- Solid written and verbal communication skills - English profican, English reading and writting, additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize tasks
- Capacity to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Professional & positive attitude and appearance
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Must be flexible to work various shifts and occasional mandatory overtime as required
- An interest in flowers & weddings is an asset
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
