LA Fitness is the fastest growing, most profitable health club chain in North America. We are looking for high energy, motivated individuals with educational and practical backgrounds in fitness and personal training. You must have a current personal training certification or degree/diploma in health and fitness promotion or kinesiology.

Job responsibilities:

- Help Personal Trainers build a successful business.
- Sales and customer service
- Keep clients accountable to their fitness results
- Help induct new and current members on current personal training assessments and programs.

All experience levels may apply
- This position is designed as a Management fast track for
- Assistant Personal Training Director
- Personal Training Director

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
