As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager and Video Editor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility across platforms including Little Red Book, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content.

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of video editing work (please include links or samples).
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with online advertising is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web traffic metrics is a plus.

We are a small, creative and fast-moving team, designing innovative products and educational programs by responding quickly to feedback from our students, their parents, and educators.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
