We work with the most advanced devices and product offerings and as a team member, you will be provided ongoing training and education in these areas. You will be part of a growing team of highly skilled professional colleagues.

We are looking for a self motivated, passionate and professional receptionist.

**Expectations**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and care to patients
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Knowlege of Medical Grade skin care products and Aesthetic services considered an asset
- Must be comfortable with social media
- Experience with Jane, DemandHub, Poynt considered an asset
- Light cleaning and clinic room preparation and post treatment sterilization/sanitation
- Maintaining and restocking product shelves
- Enjoys a team environment but can also work well alone
- Highly responsible and dependable
- Self-motivated, self starter and positive attitude
- Seeks out knowledge, enjoys learning, and strives for professional growth
- Passionate about the aesthetic industry
- Must be proficient in English
- French considered an assest
