Eastbound Brewing Co.
We're a local brewery, brewpub, and beer shop located east of downtown Toronto. We brew with a culinary mindset and believe beer deserves a spot on every table.
We're hiring We're looking for the right servers to join our team - if you're someone who's willing to work in a strong environment of talented and dedicated servers, we want to hear what you have to offer This isn't your typical serving job. Here's a little insight about how we operate:
- We're a brewery, beer shop, and restaurant - a small business run with husband and wife, brewmaster/chef team, Dave and Tara Lee.
- With the recent addition of our CafeTO patio we currently have 30 seats of dining space and a strong demand from locals, tourists, and folks in search of good beer and food.
- We train our staff on everything that goes into our beer, from the process to the pint.
- Servers are also our brand ambassadors. Aside from regular serving duties we play a cross-functional role of maintaining our retail shop for food and beer, hosting our guests, cleaning up the place, and taking care of each other.
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends. We're open 7 days a week, from noon to 10pm weekdays, and 10am to midnight on weekends. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Minimum 2 years serving experience required, with server training either from a corporate restaurant group or small fine dining establishment a bonus.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid 19.
