**AREAS WE SERVICE**:Penetanguishene, Midland, Tiny, Tay, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Parry Sound, Muskoka, Orillia, Port Severn, Barrie, Uxbridge, Shanty Bay, etc.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Reliable, flexible, dedicated, and possess a positive attitude
- Ability to handle physical, labour intensive workload
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willing to travel if required
- Must have own vehicle to get to and from work sites
**COMPENSATION**:Starting pay begins at $20.00/hr with no experience, and goes as high as 35+/hour. Wage DOE. Training, materials required to complete jobs, and shirts are supplied.

Must be local to the Simcoe, Georgian Bay and/or Muskoka area, and willing to commute to sites is a requirement.
**Duties**
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to gather necessary information for accurate project bids.
- Utilize Bluebeam and HeavyBid software to prepare and analyze estimates for construction projects.
- Assist in negotiating prices with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bidding.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for easy access and review.
- Support the project management team by tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Proficient in construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills for accurate estimate preparation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
