**AREAS WE SERVICE**:Penetanguishene, Midland, Tiny, Tay, Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Parry Sound, Muskoka, Orillia, Port Severn, Barrie, Uxbridge, Shanty Bay, etc.

**POSITION NEEDED**: Bedrock Finishes is seeking Painters to paint the interior and exterior of commercial structures, lakefront properties and other surfaces. Typically, painters work 40+ hours a week at minimum and weekend work is always available.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Reliable, flexible, dedicated, and possess a positive attitude
- Ability to handle physical, labour intensive workload
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willing to travel if required
- Must have own vehicle to get to and from work sites

**COMPENSATION**:Starting pay begins at $20.00/hr with no experience, and goes as high as 35+/hour. Wage DOE. Training, materials required to complete jobs, and shirts are supplied.

Bedrock Finishes is looking for a strong, organized commercial and residential Project Estimator to join our team. Estimation experience would be ideal. This position will be responsible for all estimating and bid submissions. Must be local to the Simcoe, Georgian Bay and/or Muskoka area, and willing to commute to sites is a requirement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing drywall as needed.
- Restore and maintain surfaces by performing touch-ups and repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Rig equipment as necessary for high or difficult-to-reach areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in drywall repair and finishing techniques.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with industrial painting methods and materials.
- Knowledge of commercial painting practices and safety procedures.
- Ability to build rapport with clients through effective communication.
- Expertise in restoring surfaces to their original condition or better.
- Capability to rig equipment safely for various painting tasks.
- Familiarity with reading schematics for accurate project execution.
- Experience in residential painting techniques and finishes.
