Having built our industry-leading expertise by focusing all our energy and resources on the product, Molsoft has been growing on a lean Sales & Administration structure. Your role as a Sales Executive / Admin at Molsoft will be to collaborate closely with the company leaders to create structure and processes around the Sales and Administration department and ensure it runs smoothly as we prepare for our next phase of growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales
- Create and document sales processes that will serve as the foundation for our Sales Team.
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Participate and take notes in sales discovery & proposal calls
- Prepare and send sales proposals
- Maintain contacts and deal information in CRM
- Research market or prospect information
- Prepare reports
- Marketing
- Assist the marketing team on various initiative
- Post blogs and Social media
- Administration
- Create and document administration processes that will serve as the foundation for our Admin team.
- Prepare and send Sales invoices
- Account receivables
- Assist with bookkeeping and light Administrative tasks
- Contribute to grant and tax credit research
- Prepare reports for the leadership team

**Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of the commerce technology ecosystem
- Experience with Shopify
- Very strong written and spoken communication skills, both in French and English
- Sales experience
- 1-2 years experience in a commerce role (retail or eCommerce)
- Experience with Hubspot and Quickbooks is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills.

Votre rôle en tant que Assistant Vente / Admin chez Molsoft sera de collaborer étroitement avec les dirigeants de l'entreprise pour créer une structure et des processus autour du département des Ventes et de l'Administration et garantir son bon fonctionnement alors que l'entreprise se prépare pour sa prochaine phase de croissance.

**Responsabilités**:

- Ventes:

- Créer et documenter des processus de vente qui serviront de base pour notre équipe de vente.
- Organiser des réunions avec des clients potentiels
- Participer et prendre des notes lors des appels de découverte de vente et de proposition
- Préparer et envoyer des propositions de vente
- Maintenir les contacts et les informations sur les opportunités dans le CRM
- Rechercher des informations sur le marché ou les prospects
- Préparer des rapports
- Marketing:

- Assister l'équipe marketing sur diverses initiatives
- Publier des blogs et sur les médias sociaux
- Administration:

- Créer et documenter des processus administratifs qui serviront de base pour notre équipe d'administration.
- Préparer et envoyer des factures de vente
- Comptes à Recevoir
- Assister dans des tâches administratives légères
- Contribuer à la recherche de subventions et de crédits d'impôt
- Préparer des rapports pour l'équipe de direction
