**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the company’s order management system.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and feedback in the database.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders and coordinate with relevant departments for order fulfillment.
- Work hours between 11-5 each weekday. (This may vary to FT hours with notice)
- Benefit plan is 50/50 shared between employee and employer after completing (3 three) months of employment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
