**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly analytical **Marketing Analyst** to support **Account-Based Marketing (ABM)** strategies focused on high-value shippers across industries. This role will use data-driven insights to identify ideal customer profiles, optimize campaign performance, and support demand generation efforts targeting logistics decision-makers at manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and CPG companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze ABM campaign data targeting shippers (e.g., manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers) to measure engagement and influence on pipeline.
- Identify and prioritize strategic shipper accounts based on freight volume, shipping frequency, geographic footprint, and mode usage (truckload, intermodal, air, etc.).
- Partner with sales to align ABM strategies and refine ideal customer profiles based on operational complexity, vertical focus, and logistics challenges.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track campaign KPIs, buyer journey progression, and conversion rates.
- Leverage firmographic, technographic, and intent data to refine account lists and personalize marketing efforts.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across CRM and MAP platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Collaborate with content and demand gen teams to tailor messaging for logistics decision-makers like shipping managers, transportation planners, or supply chain directors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally in B2B logistics, transportation, or shipper-focused sectors.
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of B2B buyer journeys and ABM campaign execution.
- Familiarity with common shipper pain points: freight cost control, carrier management, delivery reliability, and capacity planning.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and data teams.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience marketing to or analyzing campaigns targeting shippers or freight-heavy industries.
- SQL or Python skills for advanced analysis.
- Understanding of shipper metrics like freight spend, on-time delivery, lead times, and warehouse throughput.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
