What you will do...
- The Marketing and Communications Analyst will develop and execute a social media strategy, that will include:

- Content creation aligned with company’s strategy, mission, vision, and values.
- Establish a regular cadence of posts
- Achieve KPI’s for audience growth, engagement rate and conversion rates
- Monitor social media accounts and responds to posts as needed
- Will maintain the corporate website. This will include the creation of new content, editing existing content and managing relationships with third-party website vendors
- Lead external communication. This will include working across functions gather business content, draft bulletins and other articles and distribute communications as required

What you will bring...
- A University Degree or College Diploma in relevant field of study
- 3 to 5 years related experience
- A passion for social media and creative content creation
- Experience in the P&C insurance industry and broker distribution would be a valuable asset
