Office & Logistics Admin Asst

Benchmark Commodities Ltd. is a privately held company within the Canadian western provinces that imports and exports commodities. We supply a variety of cereals and feeds to agricultural producers. Benchmark is unique to this sector with the ability to purchase commodities, sell, transport and delivery to customers across provincial borders including Eastern Canada, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.

In addition to transporting commodities via Railway, Benchmark has a trucking fleet for transporting commodities, livestock and utilizes third party trucking.

The person must be a self starter who is detail orientated, diligent, responsible, and conscientious person who takes pride in their work.

Hardworking, efficient, organized and pro-active.

Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform regular office support activities including assisting logistics personnel, liaising with external support persons, managing files, populating data including input and reconciling etc.

Perform reception work, filing, reports, ensuring office and facility cleanliness.

Commitment to attention to detail in all work.

Basic knowledge of agriculture industry and heavy trucks would be an asset.

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
