Job Description:
A Rangeland Bison Logistics Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks while supporting Rangeland sales, animal procurement and inventory departments through coordination, booking and monitoring of all freight requirements, contributing to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding and providing professional supply chain logístical service in accordance with federal regulations and internal process compliance.

**Duties**:

- Monitor shipments in consultation with our sales team, outside warehouses and customers.
- Accurately prepare all shipping and receiving documents ensuring carriers, customers, drivers and warehouses are provided required documents.
- Responsible to oversee LTL, FTL & FCL of Fresh & Frozen Meat products inclusive of carrier rate negotiations, quote rate commitments and review invoices for accuracy.
- Livestock shipping arrangements including organization of delivery time tables, plant communication, document coordination and preparation.
- Distribution and collection of contracts and grade sheets for live animal purchases.
- Responsible to coordinate all company shipping requirements to domestics and international vendors.
- Investigate and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding shipments, including trace, proof of delivery, temp monitoring and claims.
- Company led interface with freight carriers, 3PL’s, customs clearance agents, and freight forwarders.
- Promptly provide and follow up internal communication with sales, inventory & administration regarding freight invoices ensuring A/R and A/P if provided correct and timely billing information.
- Complete and issue export/import certificates as per CFIA/USD and EU regulations.
- Prepare all required export/import documentation including but not limited to Canada Customs declaration
- Monitor outbound and inbound shipments in consultation with our sales team, outside warehouses and customers.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years working experience in Customs and/or Logistics in fresh & frozen food products
- Post-Secondary education in business or supply chain management with experience in international logistics and/or international trade is ideal
- Analytical, detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, and dependable
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
- Maintain a sense of urgency, strong multi-tasking, and priority management
- Strong skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with warehouse management systems an asset
- Shift timings may change from time to time based on business Requirements; therefore, flexibility in your schedule is a job requirement - over time maybe required

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
