Position: Admissions Representative

Type: Full Time, Hourly or Salary

Reports To: Director of Admissions

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and understand student’s needs and clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators to prospective students through consistent outreach
- Attend & lead virtual and in-person events career fairs, open houses and other recruitment presentations/events as scheduled by the enrollment management team with a superb ability to articulate and demonstrate broad program knowledge.
- Develop, implement and execute recruitment activities to generate referrals from high school presentations, community outreach and other sources.
- Respond to all prospective students with a sense of urgency; effectively working with the prospective student through the admissions process through first day or matriculation.
- Liase with other functional teams to ensure the student is progressing towards completion of required steps prior to cohort start day.
- Maintain active communication with students at all stages of the enrollment cycle.
- Ability to be flexible in your schedule at times to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the position.
- Participate in ongoing training in professional development through in-house training, seminars, conference.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of phone-based experience in a sales, customer service or related field, higher education industry experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Positive and driven attitude with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant technology, including MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.
- This position will be a hybrid position with the expectation that the home office will be located in or near the New Brunswick province.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sackville, NB
