Lower Sackville, Canada The Fusion Group Inc. Full time

Our client is a small business in the Electrical Industry in Atlantic Canada and have been in business since 1988, as Independent Manufacturers Representatives. They cover the 4 Atlantic Provinces for both Commercial and Industrial Manufacturers, with their main business partners being Electrical Wholesalers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide sales & marketing support to Distributors, Contractors, and End-Users
- Specification work at the engineer/consultant level
- Day to day customer service & support
- Provide technical quotations
- Travel throughout Nova Scotia.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Technical Graduate from the Electrical Field, sales related industry experience.
- 2+ years of relevant technical & professional experience
- Ability to travel (up to 40%) as needed throughout the territory and to head office, including overnight travel, and must attend quarterly sales meetings.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with others.
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent people skills to interact with sales and cross-functional teams and customers
- Must be able to handle diverse customer and employee personalities in a professional manner
- Excellent organization skills are required to plan, and coordinate own work, meet strict deadlines, adjust priorities to support sales efforts, and shift resources to meet Company objectives
- Electrical Engineer or Technologist or equivalent education in either Business, Marketing or Sales Technical expertise in the Electrical Field
- An electrical background such as CET or Journeyman Electrician is a definite asset.
- Preference will be given to those with industrial electrical product sales experience
- Please note that this is an opportunity for someone comfortable in a customer facing sales role._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
