The Revenue Analyst at Custom Helicopters Ltd. plays a pivotal role in supporting accurate financial reporting, revenue integrity, and cross-departmental collaboration. This position is responsible for daily revenue tracking, data reconciliation, and ensuring the accuracy of billing-related information. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work closely with both internal colleagues and external clients.
- **Responsibilities**:_

Revenue Tracking & Analysis
- Perform daily reviews of revenue data using the Rev Tracker to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare weekly Forecast and AR Analysis reports to support business planning and revenue monitoring.
- Assist with month-end reporting using data extracted from WinAir.
- Produce Utilization Reports for the client twice monthly.

Seasonal Support (Freeze Up / Break Up Period)
- Assist the Operations Admin Support with data entry and gathering required documentation, including POs, receipts, warrants, and vouchers.
- Ensure missing information is identified and followed up on.
- Reconcile CASH and Credit Card accounts.
- Cross-check Pilot flight reports with Dispatcher reports for consistency.

Billing & Communication
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Operations Admin to validate flight and operational data prior to invoicing.
- Update rates in the internal portal as new rates are advised.
- Communicate missing or additional information to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Operations Admin as required.
- Assist the AR team with billing discrepancies or outstanding billing issues.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Senior Operations Manager and Commercial Manager to review flight operations and related billing.
- Participate in bi-weekly billing review meetings with the client to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- **Qualifications**:_
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous and accurate in reviewing data and identifying discrepancies.
- Problem Solving - Strong analytical skills to resolve revenue and billing issues.
- Collaboration - Effective in cross-functional teamwork, especially with Operations, Finance, and Commercial departments.
- Time Management & Prioritization - Capable of managing competing deadlines and multitasking efficiently.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel); familiarity with WinAir is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
