**Your day to day**:

- Tower operator/dispatcher for technicians
- Process and submit warranty claims for payment
- Following up with customer regarding their recent service experience
- Accounts receivable collections from fleet and lease customers
- Perform daily cash/close out duties
- Field incoming service calls, appointment scheduling

**What you bring to the table**
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a dealership or automotive setting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Reliability
- Team player who is flexible, and solution-driven with proactive problem solving skill
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions/processes and utilize common sense
- An enthusiasm for work and pride in a job well done
