**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and process orders from walk-in customers.
- Conduct weekly telephone outreach to ensure customer product needs are met.
- Respond to and professionally manage customer inquiries.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom.
- Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed.
- Support and assist the branch manager with various projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
