**Customer Service Representative - Saskatoon Head Office**

Buckwold Western Ltd. is a 100% Canadian, family-managed enterprise with roots tracing back to 1925. We proudly serve western Canada’s floorcovering industry through long-standing partnerships with retailers, contractors, and buying groups. Our Saskatoon Head Office supports distribution to six locations across western Canada.

**Position Overview**:
**Strong communication skills—particularly in clear and professional English—are critical to success in this role, both when speaking with customers and working across internal teams.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct stock checks and assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Track and trace back orders from entry to completion
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries across our regional branches
- Investigate and resolve service issues in a timely, empathetic manner

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A team player who collaborates well across departments
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly (training provided)
- High accuracy and attention to detail with data entry and internal systems

**Assets (Not Required)**:

- Experience with flooring products, wholesale distribution, or freight/logistics
- Familiarity with order tracking, inventory systems, or related software
