About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our valued customers. You will:

- Be the first point of contact at our call centre, providing expert assistance to customers on service, payment, and information inquiries.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing West Coast Reduction Ltd. with professionalism and care.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction by resolving or escalating issues and ensuring first-call resolution.
- Support team goals and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule services, including off-cycle and emergency requests.
- Update and maintain accurate customer profiles and records.
- Support the Redux Services team in achieving departmental KPIs.
- Participate in outbound sales and service campaigns to strengthen customer relationships.
- Actively foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For
- Customer-Focused: A natural problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experienced: 2-3 years in a customer service role (call centre experience required) with a proven track record of success.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management systems.
- Communicative: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Team-Oriented: Able to work collaboratively while excelling independently.
