Hygiene/ Treatment plan coordinator

Location: Bloom Dental Wellness

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor

Schedule appointments and manage patient records

Handle billing and insurance claims

Send pre-authorizations, obtain insurance breakdowns

Manage patient's continued care for hygiene

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Software knowledge:
**Experience with ClearDent and RecallMax considered an asset.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
