**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle incoming calls on multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to patient visits.
- Assist in the preparation of care plans and coordinate with dental providers as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and patient waiting room.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with **Curve dental software** preferred, training can be provided.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
