**About the Role**
As a **BD & Sales Enablement Coordinator (or Specialist)**, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our **business development initiatives**, helping us **build strong client relationships**, **manage proposals**, and **maintain accurate records.**

**What you’ll be doing**:
**CRM & Data Management**:
- Manage client onboarding processes, including profile creation, account setup, and maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Maintain accurate client records, track key interactions, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Support the BD team with insights, KPI dashboards, and client outreach strategies.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly BD reports for leadership.
- Track and coordinate follow-ups on client proposals, contracts, and engagement notices.
**Business Development Support**:
- Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate internal meetings, manage calendars, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate on behalf of the BD team, following up on inquiries, proposals, and client requests.
- Assist in reviewing, preparing, and submitting proposals and pitch decks, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Conduct research to support client meetings and business proposals.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and other collateral, collaborating with internal teams.
- Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and communications under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
**Research & Insights**:
- Conduct market and client research to gather insights for strategic proposals.
- Work with the team to identify competitive differentiators tailored to client needs.
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in business development support, sales administration, or a related role.
- Experience in the construction industry (or adjacent fields) is a strong asset, reducing training time.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (SharePoint, Dynamics, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with ERP/CRM software.
- Strong technical reading, writing, and comprehension skills, with the ability to break down complex information and create clear, concise, and persuasive proposals and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
