- Manage patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries as necessary.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Abeldent software such is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry, including orthodontics and pediatrics.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
