**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Creating a best-in-class customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents.
- Providing leadership and coaching to a team of leasing specialists, maintenance associates and administrators.
- Develop sound relationships across the organization and with external contractors and vendors.
- Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are conducted in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Maintaining properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, instructing repairs and planning renovations.
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost effectiveness and resident experience in the management of our portfolio's.
- Ensuring that an annual maintenance budget and plan are developed and followed and that cost targets are within budget.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Certified property manager or accredited residential/commercial manager preferred.
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
