Lead operations for critical facilities including the Red Deer Remand Centre and Justice Centre. A clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) is essential due to the sensitive nature of these sites.

Your Impact:

As Property Manager, you will:

• Lead Operations: Ensure daily building performance, repairs, and tenant satisfaction across secure facilities.
• Empower Your Team: Guide, coach, and develop your team while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Drive Results: Track KPIs, manage budgets, oversee contracts, and implement process improvements.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet strict security and regulatory standards.
• Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery across your portfolio.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in property or facilities management, including team leadership and vendor coordination
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, landscaping, and caretaking
• Experience managing residential, commercial, and agricultural lease agreements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Designations such as RPA, CPM, or FMA, or actively pursuing one
• 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS, BMCS, and accounting software (MRI experience a plus)
• Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
