**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents related to accounts payable and receivable and all admin duties.
- Administer payroll and do accounting reconciliations
- Proofread financial documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and staff regarding billing or account issues.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and other software tools to manage information and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure seamless communication.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting office or similar environment.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and computerized accounting systems is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality output of financial documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 5 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
