**Job Overview**:
TLCB Construction is looking for a talented and motivated **Restoration Drywaller** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong background in drywall, carpentry, and restoration work. You’ll be working on residential and commercial projects, focusing on repairing, installing, and finishing various structural elements with precision and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, drywall, and related materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
- Perform restoration work, including repairing or replacing damaged drywall and structural components
- Ensure work is level, plumb, and aligned with project requirements
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members for efficient project completion
- Maintain job site cleanliness and follow all safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in drywall, carpentry, painting, and/or restoration roles
- Strong understanding of construction tools, techniques, and materials
- Experience with restoration and structural repair work is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in active job site conditions
- **Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required**

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
