ServiceMaster Restore of Edmonton requires an experienced Drywall Installer/Painter.

**Position Overview**

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Drywall Installer/Painter will work closely with insurance professionals, businesses and homeowners to ensure property is restored quickly, efficiently, and with care.

**Responsibilities**
- Installation of insulation and vapor barriers.
- Handle all types of drywall.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets.
- Position and secure sheets to studs or joists.
- Mud, tape, and finish all types of texture.
- Full range of painting workin commercial and residential sites, including walls, doors, baseboardsand kitchen cabinets.
- Repairing and filling cracks/holes
- Mixing and thinning paint for desired colour and texture
- Paint touch ups
- Use of spraying machine for baseboards/ceiling
- Spraying smoke seal
- Staining baseboards or cabinets to match
- Reset plugs and face plates
- Drop off and pick up samples at paint store

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years’ experience working in commercial, residential, industrial setting
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Undergo a Criminal Reference Check
- Steel Toe boots
- Own tools
