Calgary, Canada Woodcraft Kitchen Cabinets Full time

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Scheduling & Installation Coordinator to assist the Installation and Service Managers in Scheduling of jobs and keeping track of Shipments and Cabinet installation to ensure each project is completed effectively on time.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinating with the Installation teams to meet the quality and service requirements.
- Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure case units and materials are ready as to meet the required installation time frames.
- Keep record of back orders.
- Other administrative duties in accordance with the role.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience of working in a coordinator/installation role, within the Kitchen or Millwork Industry
- Have experience of reading blueprints and cabinet layouts.
- Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to develop the existing relationships. i.e. designers, management and customers
- Hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Good computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
