**Salary Range**:$70,000-$90,000 per year** (commensurate with experience)

**About The Role**

We’re in search of an **Account Manager** to guide projects and act as a go-between for client and creative teams. A sherpa to help guide clients through the sometimes scary terrain of the brand transformation process, your role is to make sure projects run smoothly and the work is delivered in a timely, efficient, and expectation-exceeding manner.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable briefs. Clients will love you—no seriously, LOVE you. Through the awesome wins and through all of the tricky conversations. This is super important.
- **Project Management**: Initiate and manage every step of our strategic, creative, and production processes. Create work-back schedules and critical paths. Manage timelines, budgets, billings and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- **Strategic Input**: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategies that align with brand objectives. You know high-quality and on-strategy work when you see it. It’s in your bones.
- **New Business**: Assist with and initiate new business opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, strategists, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution. Contribute to building a positive studio culture.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback and insights to refine processes and enhance client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: minimum of 3 years in a client service role within a brand design or marketing/communications agency.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with brand development and packaging design processes. Experience working with Asana or other project management tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities.
- **Team Player**:Strong collaborator and a proven ability to contribute meaningfully in dynamic, creative teams.
- **Passion**:Genuine enthusiasm for design, the creative process and a love for all things health & wellness, food and wine.
- **Education**: Post-secondary degree (marketing/advertising related an asset)
