It is a one year contract with a high possibility of an ongoing annual renewal. **Responsibilities**: - Make daily collection calls to customers with Past Due Account Balances - Ensure receivables are collected on a timely matter while maintaining good relationships. - Provide excellent customer service to all customers in a professional manner. - Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with both internal and external clients. - Other accounts receivable and collections duties as assigned. - Hours of work are Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:00pm **Qualifications**: - Minimum 1-2 years Accounts Receivable/Collections experience in a fast paced environment - Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written - Business/Accounting College diploma or University degree is an asset - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Strong customer service, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Can work effectively in a team environment or independently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
