**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Service Advisor with PBS experience for a 7 month contract to cover a paternity leave.

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for customers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining customer records.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by suggesting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales experience is beneficial, particularly in upselling products or services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- PBS experience required.
