**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions to determine the required services.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, and maintenance options to customers.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and payments, including cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay updated on dealership promotions, service offerings, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in an automotive dealership setting is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background in automotive repair is advantageous for effective communication with technicians and customers.
- Proven ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
