**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of repair services and maintenance options.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to offer informed recommendations to customers.
- Manage service appointments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
