**Roy Foss Woodbridge** is seeking a **Part-Time Permanent** Receptionist **to join our dynamic team;

**About the Part-time, **Saturdays as well as some days during the week** to cover holidays, sick days etc.**:

- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
- Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts departments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Manage and process payment receipts
- Manage dealer plate log
- Other administrative duties as needed.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Must be able to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous reception experience (a plus but not required)
- Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
