**Receptionist**

The main duties are greeting clients and answering calls with an exuberant first impression and ensuring detailed messages are directed to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, you will perform clerical duties as required and administer transaction receipts. Luxury brand experience is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Hours**:
**4:00pm - 8:00pm Twice a week, plus additional hours**
**9:00am - 6:00pm Every other Saturday**

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Managing and directing clients to the appropriate personnel
- Stocking in vehicle arrivals

**Skills**:

- Proven working experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to remain calm under stress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Luxury retail sales environment: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
