**Join Our Team as a Commission Sales Associate**

**What You’ll Do**:
You will take charge of identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and helping clients see how our digital marketing solutions such as SEO and web design can grow their business. You will be the face of DIT Web Solutions, turning conversations into partnerships and goals into results.

**Here’s what your day might look like**:

- Prospecting and generating new business leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Presenting and promoting our digital marketing services
- Understanding client needs and tailoring the right solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Tracking your outreach and maintaining sales activity reports
- Staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings

**Who You Are**:

- You have previous experience in sales or customer service (B2B or digital marketing is a plus)
- You are a confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and solving client challenges
- You are ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by results
- You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced setting
