Beauty Sales Representative

The Beauty Initiative is seeking a motivated **Beauty Sales Representative** to promote and sell our premium beauty services, including Botox, fillers, PRP, lash extensions, ombre brows, fat-dissolving treatments, and more. This is a **commission-based role** ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, sales-oriented, and eager to grow within the dynamic field of medical aesthetics.

As a Beauty Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in engaging with clients, building relationships, and driving revenue through personalized recommendations and excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell beauty services such as Botox, fillers, PRP, lash extensions, ombre brows, and other medical aesthetic treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide detailed consultations to clients, educating them about services and benefits to meet their beauty goals.
- Identify client needs and tailor recommendations to create customized treatment plans.
- Upsell additional services or packages to maximize revenue per client.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and services in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.
- Assist in creating and supporting social media campaigns, promotions, and events to drive client interest and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client experiences and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in beauty sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of services like Botox, fillers, or lash extensions is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based role.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
