Chief Functional Analyst

A career as a **Functional Analyst** in the **Digital Studio** team at National Bank means acting as an agent of change and working with a multidisciplinary team. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the **employee and user experience** as well as the success of our projects.

**Your job**
- Understand business sector strategy, issues and operational reality to guide IT teams in developing innovative and efficient solutions
- Identify and mitigate impacts in transformation projects, ongoing programs and new initiatives
- Collaborate with the PO and your delivery team in defining acceptance criteria
- Produce the technical and functional specifications as well as the necessary documentation for your product delivery team
- Write use cases and interactions between actors in the system
- Recall or write the business and validation rules implemented in the systems
- Write specifications for interfaces, screens, reports, files and APIs
- Describe data processing, data schema, exceptions and the various resulting messages
- Collaborate on quality analysis and participate in the definition of test cases in collaboration with the quality team
- Perform all live documentation elements (Confluence / JIRA / API definition).

**Prerequisites**
- Business related bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of functional analysis experience in in the delivery of large-scale projects
- Experience in delivery in Agile mode (SAFe / Scrum)
- Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Easy communication and ability to popularize complex IT concepts
- Focused on meeting objectives and deadlines
- Oriented towards achieving objectives and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, an asset.
