**Your job**
- Develop innovative AI systems that generate competitive advantages.
- Understand and challenge business needs and convert them into functional requirements.
- Write detailed functional analyses and validate them.
- Perform functional testing and assist the testing team.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to solutions.
- Coach interns and junior analysts.
- Promote the culture of AI transformation within the Bank.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 25 passionate colleagues, under the direction of the Senior Director of the AI Factory. **Prerequisites**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT analyst
- Experience in developing and deploying AI systems
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Experience producing detailed and relevant user stories
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI libraries
- AWS certifications and automation techniques in 'infra as code' (an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication of AI results to non-technical stakeholders
