Chief Functional Analyst

As a Chief Functional Analyst in the Direct Brokerage team at National Bank, you’ll be our business and technical solution specialist.

**Your role**
- Supporting our different partners with their business and technical solutions
- Understanding and challenging the business needs as long as the architecture prerequisites to convert them un functional requirements and ensuring their traceability.
- Writing the functional analysis, validating them with the Lines of Business, presenting them to the development team and ensuring their implementation.
- Producing the required documentation.
- Performing functional testing and assisting the quality assurance team in the usability tests creation.
- Understanding the different data modals (physical, conceptual)
- Learning and implementing new methodologies to achieve the organization goals

**Your team**
As part of the Wealth Management and Financial Markets sector, you’ll be on a team of 100 of colleagues and you’ll report to the IT Asset Manager. Our team stands out for the quality of its deliveries, its experience and its ability to work on high visibility projects in the Direct Brokerage sector.

**Prerequisites**
- Completed Bachelor's Degree, related to our activity with several years of experience in our domain, or other relevant Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional analyst.
- Knowledge and experience with the Agile methodologies (SAFe)
- Knowledge and experience with modeling tools (BPMN)
- Knowledge of Cloud AWS
- Ability to analyse functionalities from existing code (Java / SQL Stored Procedures) to document the improvements in the actual applicative solutions
- Knowledge Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Problem solving abilities and experience
- Autonomy, proactivity and detail focused
- Excellent interpersonal abilities in team and business partners contexts
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, in constant evolution (architecture, solution, infrastructure).
