**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction processing.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is required; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food service management, including food handling, production, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Culinary experience is preferred, along with knowledge of kitchen management practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with training & development techniques for staff improvement is essential.

- The location of the jobs are at A&W Gasoline Alley East and in North end of Red Deer.
- Training will be provided on a 3 month probation period which includes online and in restaurant training.

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
