Overview:
**Duties**:
- Supervising Staff: Manage and lead a team waitstaff.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
**Skills**:
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
