Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with invoicing, quoting, managing customer orders and preparing daily shipments
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and typing skills
- Experience with Simply Accounting (Sage), Microsoft, Excel and Outlook is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
