Part Time Temporary Office Assistant

**Overview**
*Please note this position is temporary. You will only be filling in for a current employee who has taken time off. Duration may only be 1-4 months of employment.
**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support office operations by scheduling appointments and managing records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
**Skills**
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Experience in a office setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with administrative duties including filing, organizing, and managing office supplies.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions while maintaining a positive attitude.
