**You’ll love your position as an Sales Consultant**
- **Customer Engagement**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and available options, to effectively present them to customers.
- **Sales Process**: Conduct test drives, explain financing options, and negotiate sales terms to ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address inquiries, provide post-sale support, and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Knowledge**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Documentation**: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to automotive sales.
- Other duties as assigned.
**We’d love to hear from you, if**
- Previous experience in auto sales is an asset but not required. However, a minimum of 2 years of previous Canadian sales/retail/hospitality experience is required.
- OMVIC certification or a willingness to obtain.
- Technically savvy and prior DMS experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Valid G driver's license and a clean abstract.
