We are looking for highly motivated and driven Licensed Insurance Brokers to join our rapidly growing team. To ensure success as an Independent Contractor, you should possess excellent communication, be customer service oriented, and have a self-motivated disposition. Ultimately, an outstanding Independent Contractor will produce high-quality work with limited supervision.

**Summary**:
We are actively recruiting 3 individuals to join our Elite Sales Team. Here you will be fully trained, provided financial support and be given the opportunity to manage and grow your own insurance portfolio. We offer remote work and full support to help guide you through our turn key exclusive insurance systems.

We also offer exclusive access to the newest innovative insurance technology which makes quote and binding seamless. Under our model you will have the opportunity and portential to earn higher income than competitors. We offer bonusing and incentives to help market to your customers and build your portfolio. As you grow your portfolio you will have the opportunity to earn reoccurring revenue year-over-year which means every year you adding a layer of income for yourself.

**The Role**:
Build and grow your own Insurance Portfolio.
- Provide customers with Auto, Property and Commercial quotes on insurance
- Build strong relationships with referral partners.
- Provide customized insurance solutions to clients.
- Modify Insurance policies
- Provide claims counselling or advice within the carrier guidelines
- Participate in ongoing sales and service training programs

**What you will need**:

- Must be General Level 1 or 2 RIBO licensed
- Motivation and work ethic
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with friendly personality
- Ability to work with mínimal guidance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer skills - good working knowledge of Microsoft
- Experience with EPIC is considered an asset
- Prior insurance experience considered an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Insurance: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OTL License (preferred)
- RIBO License (preferred)
